Specs: GTX 1060 6GB, AMD FX 8370E, 16 GB DDR3 RAM,

So since the day i bought the pre-built PC there are 2 major issues: It runs most games with the same framerate as my laptop which has a 2gb gtx 965m. For example, the GTAV benchmark on high settings runs at about 50-70 fps on my laptop and only 40-50 fps on my desktop with the 1060. Only some games like the Witcher 3 and CS:GO run much better, so I'm guessing that it's probably an issue with the settings.

The next issue is that the PC itself makes a kind of buzzing noise that gets louder the more objects there are on the screen. For example, if I play the Witcher 3 and look at the ground it gets quieter, but if I look in the distance it gets louder. It sounds like its coming from the power supply but I'm not completely sure.

I've been trying to find a fix and can't seem to find one. I've already reinstalled my graphics card drivers so what is the issue?

What kind of CPU and GPU usage are you getting during gaming? You can monitor these with a program like MSI Afterburner.

Coil whine is a common occurrence. It can come from the GPU, power supply, or both. It is often present under load as you are witnessing, and will not harm any of the components.

My GPU has about 90-100% in Battlefield 1 and the CPU around 40%, but even then i only get about 30 fps.
