You'd be better off going to a store I think... it's going to get complicated trying to get that stuff shipped to you without a street address, and all within 2 business days. Just my opinion.

You could get a PO box at a local post office or if you're staying at a hotel ask the front manager of the hotel if they allow tenants to ship packages directly to the hotel

I think you might satill have problems with billing, they might not let you ship packages not in your usual country where your billing address is... ie the card you're paying with's bank address.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/computers-pcs/computer-cards-components/abcat0507000.c?id=abcat0507000

Prices seem OK to me, better than Amazon in some cases  eg:

I7 6700k  $349 at bestbuy   -  $337 at Amazon

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/intel-core-i7-6700k-4-0ghz-processor-silver/4712011.p?skuId=4712011

https://www.amazon.com/Intel-Unlocked-Skylake-Processor-BX80662I76700K/dp/B012M8LXQW/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1486249900&sr=1-1&keywords=i7+6700k

[edited above] $12 difference with AMazon being better.

No, they have the stuff in store... there wouldn't be a lot of point in having a store with no merchandise in it and staff to pay and rent etc. I know there are a couple of niche "stores" that show their wares like this, but they are not many in number and mostly for high end stuff that will offset the rent etc they have to pay.
