windows recovery screen

I have an Asus laptop running Windows 10, and it will not boot to windows. The Asus logo thing would show and I should be able to get into the bios. Then it's black screen. 

 

After some turning off then back on I get this screen 

What do I do now ?

I'd recommend doing a startup repair.

Didn't work

Did it crap out during the installation of some updates? Because I've had pc's that weren't recoverable from that. Needed a fresh install.

It did say installing updates during last few startup and shut downs, and yes I am reinstalling it now

What you could do is when you've got it all set up with programs and stuff if you've got an external drive or extra drive with space you could clone your primary drive, I always do (well my server any ways :P)
