Need help with pc build

I'm thinking of building a pc, I need a keyboard and mouse with it, I'm thinking of a Razer Deathadder Chroma for mouse, A Corsair K70 Lux - Red LED and a RazernGoliathus Control XL.  I've made a parts list for myself and I'm not sure if it's a good for gaming or If I should change some parts. I want to spend about €1000 euros total (Pc and keyboard and mouse and mousepad) I live in the Netherlands.

Current parts list I'm thinking of:

-Cpu: Intel core I5 6400

-Motherboard: MSI B150 Gaming M3

-GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 gaming 6gb

-Ram: Kingston Hyperx Fury 2 x 4gb ddr4 2133mhz

-CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 103

-PSU: Corsair VS550

-HDD: 1tb 7200rpm

- Case: Phanteks Eclipse p400s

-Keyboard: Corsair K70 Lux

- Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma

- Mousepad: Razer Goliathus Control XL

Is there anything I should change about the build?

1. You don't need a CPU cooler as the stock cooler is more than sufficient

2. Not that PSU...something like the XFX TS 430watt/Proseries Core 450Watt would be much better (or anything from Seasonic, EVGA B2, Corsair CX450M ect.)

3. Cheaper Motherboard and grab a 6500 or even a x2xx motherboard and a Kaby i5

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

Try to get 1x8Gb Ram instead of 2x4Gb. This way you can purchase 1 more 8Gb stick in the future to easily double/upgrade your memory.

Then he can upgrade to 32Gb of RAM if he wants!!!! Muwahahahahaaa.... you're right.

Either way then. 4Gb sticks... 8Gb sticks.... whatever the budget allows for :)
