Building a PC for a friends relative, It's used for "Bible studies, taxes, and web browsing/shopping." direct quote from the email.

I've been in contact with them and I also found out that my friend's grandmother hated the way the last one looked as well as performed, so I am tasked with making a great everyday build, as well as an aesthetically pleasing one. Joy.

Their budget is 550 USD max. I'd like to keep it down more if I can. -- Sidenote: Apparently this last prebuilt dell machine was rockin' a Celeron g465 and 6.0 gb of RAM I think. Most anything is gonna be a big upgrade.

Also, they don't need any periphs.

Here's the list:

1. Would go with stock cooler to save money.

2. Would get smaller case. Your build should fit into a Fractal Design Node 202 if you replace the PSU with an SFX model (the node 202 has a variant with a decent SFX PSU included).

Believe me, if it was for me, I would do both of those, but I was told that the aesthetic part was that they wanted to see inside the case. Sorry, should've added this to the OP.

I had this one originally on the list, doesn't it require a BIOS flash before working with Kaby Lake CPUs?

Its listed under supported CPU's but i dont know what they mean with "P7.00".

 i3-7100(S0) - Kaby Lake - 3.9GHz - BCLK 100MHz - 3MB - 51W - P7.00" http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110M-ITXac/?cat=CPU

But i guess its BIOS version, so yeah expect there to be a BIOS update required.
