I just fixed my laptop's BIOS but now, my SSD isn't working. It is a Super Cache 2 mSATA and is usually detected as SC2 mSATA SSD but the BIOS is detecting as PS3109S9. I booted into a live linux CD and opened up GParted and it saw a 20mb drive. I tried updating the firmware but it says "Not running on flash normal code now." I can't afford another SSD and I have one laying around but it is 2.5" which means I can't have another hard drive with it. What can I do to get this fixed.

They literally don't make bios updates for my machine at all. I was lucky enough to have a backup when I fixed it.
