r9 290 broke out..hoping to get reasonable performance (i still miss r9 290)

1050ti and 960 are more or less at the same level. So i would get a newer version that is in this case 1050ti.

 

But remind you that 1050ti can only use dvi-d port vs dvi-i port on the 960. This will be a factor for some people owning older monitors.

Both can run in HDMI too if you're into that :)
