Cable Management

So I think my cable management skills are alright with this desk but there is obviously some improvements that can be made. What would you guys recommend I do to make my cable management neater? I have access to a small 3D printer that can bring up to about 5inX5inx5in so if I can just 3D print whatever tools or supplies I'll need that would be great. But I'm willing to spend about $20 or less preferably to clean up the cables.
