Upgrading PC

I have bougth all the part I want to upgrade on my PC. I have bougth a new gpu, a new cpu, 1 ram stick and a new motherboard. All I have to do is put them on my PC or is there anything else?

I bougth a athlon x4 660k cpu, an Rx 460 a hyperx ddr3 4gb of ram and a mobo. I wonder now how do I upgrade my pc. All I do is take out the old parts and put in the new ones?

Yes, but you will need to reinstall Windows. You can use the same product key.

Depending on you power supply you might want to run your build in PC part picker to see the estimated wattage to make sure your PSU will be good enough for the new components. And hopefully the new board is not bigger than what your tower case's supports most do ATX so you should be good there.
