So as my setup gets closer to being done, I feel like I already completed the audio section. But, I wanted some second opinions on what headsets I have.

For music listening, I use the Audio Technicha (probably spelled it wrong) ATH-M50x.

Right now, I plan for my gaming headsets to be the Razer Kraken Pro. I got it about several months ago for $39 dollars at a bargain store. It plays like its new, and every thing is in the box. Sadly its green (because my setup theme is blue) But should I consider another headset? I also own a Koton Each G2000 headset, should I use that headset instead for gaming?

Or should I buy a new gaming headset? It will have to be under $100 if I decide to.

Razer makes crap headsets, utterly crap, waste of cash type of headsets.

Well gaming headset sucks in general, since you already have m50x, why not get a modmic and it becomes a headset? the mic is removable + you get to keep your beloved m50x.

But suppose you still insist of getting a headset, get a hyperx cloud core or cloud 1 (if you need the extra accessories). Cloud lineup sounds exactly the same (core - 1 - 2) with minor differences in exterior and accessories they come with. They are the only gaming headset i can recommend, above that, i would stick to a proper headphone.

EDIT: These are also on sale $80 if you're living in the US: Sennheiser PC350 SE.

Cpu R5 1600 @3.7ghz - MB Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 - RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GBx2 @3000mhz - GPU Palit GTX 1070ti Dual - Storage Kingston FuryX 120GB SSD, WD 500GB Green HDD, Seagate 1TB HDD - PSU Seasonic X650 - Case Sharkoon S25-W - Display Zowie XL2411 - Peripherals Filco Ninja Browns, Zowie FK2 & Qck Hyperbeast Ed.

I'll consider getting the modmic. But since I haven't really tested out the Koton headset that I own, I will try the Koton headset and if I do not like the sound, I will get a modmic and attach it onto my M50x headsets.
