At first I got a BSODs saying memory management and page_fault_in_nonpaged_area. So I tried reseating the ram.

One stick of ram booted in every single slot no problem. The other stick of ram booted in every slot but the third one.

So I thought no problem, ill just put it in slot 4 (it booted in slot 4). I put both sticks of ram in slots that they booted in (2 and 4) and then it didn't post... I then swapped them (swap the one from slot 4 to slot 2 and vice versa) and it booted.

Exactly what is happening here? It's very confusing. Also if you can't understand what i'm trying to say im sorry, not very good at explaining things lol.

Try slot 1 and 3 aswell. You have to check mobo manual for correct layout because of dual channel support. Could be that is causing this issue, but as long as it works the other way it works.
