Motherboard Audio Problem?

Whenever my sound gets really loud, there is some crackling from the headset. (I have the RIG 505 Lava) I believe it has something to do with the motherboard because 1. The headset is only a few days old, and 2. It works wonders on my Xbox One.. is there some way to solve it? Even if I put the sound really low, they still have some crackling. It's mainly when it gets loud for the level I set it at. (Basicly if it's really loud, but at 10, it will crackle on loud noises, same on when It's 100, or 50, the numbers is what I set it at for Windows sound.)
