Rx 460 no display

So I had this problem a while ago and I fixed it with a tomshardware page here:聽http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1664109/black-screen-installing-graphics-card-bit-noob.html and the solution worked for me, but I always had problems with display if I turn my computer off. 聽I know the card works cause I've had it working for a while it just won't display if I turn my computer off and on (it undos what I had to make it work). 聽Anyone have a more permanent solution?
