Is this good RAM?

Has anyone got this RAM? Should I buy it? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Crucial-Ballistix-2400MT-288-P...
Also, it says integrated heat spreaders. Can I still remove them and paint them? Oh, and to Americans reading this, I know you can get RAM for a lot cheaper than this (this is like $87) but this is the cheapest here in the UK.

Yep, go for it :) 

 

Don't worry, their RAM prices aren't much better, RAM prices are going up in general where 8 months ago, I picked up a 4x4GB DDR4 kit (slightly more expensive than 2X8GB kits) for 57 quid :P 

Now the same kit costs 110 quid...
