Sudden eye strain

My monitor, a Dell ST2321L, has been a great monitor for 2 years. Lately, it makes my eyes act up, twitch, etc. It only happens with this monitor. All my other monitors are fine. What's the issue?

My vision is slightly more blurry than usual. I am not going to even try to use that monitor until I know what's up.

Have you tried changing the temperature of your monitor? If you warm the colors that should help a lot.

Haven't tried, will do after I get a night of rest so my eyes can relax

Ok, I'm getting a little worried. The flux thing worked for eye strain, but my vision is still a little funky. Is this permanent damage, or will it just take time for my eyes to adjust?
