Razer Ripsaw Issues

I received my ripsaw today in the mail, but it doesn't seem to be functioning properly. The light bar is green so the drivers are fine. I'm trying to output to 720p for my stream but it just records a little portion of my screen in the middle, (OBS Classic). Any help?

 

(I don't like using cortex bc it slows down my pc- specs just in case:

i5 6500

R9 380 

8 gigs of ram

500w psu

~Am I the only who thinks that Dwayne Johnson looks like the rock? o.O
