msi afterburner

I have been trying to install msi afterburner and can not find out how. I go to msi's web site and go to the down lode page https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner and click down lode. the file that is downloaded has a .txt file in it not a .exe file for some reason and can not find out how to install it from a .txt file. I have unzipped the file. and also tryed to convert it to a .exe file, but nither worked. plese help

Also, don't install Riva Turner in this version..there has been an update.

 

Download the update and run it separately:

They will still pair up just fine.  After you get everything installed...you can go to the final tab in the settings in AB and click single tray icon to get rid of the extra RTST icon in the system tray.
