i do hope that X4 880k with RX460 is available here in ph, since the spec i'm getting at are the available ones here, making it harder for me, one question will GT730 be defeated by a 7860k + R7 250X combo ?

Yes. But there's no point in spending money on an APU if you're going to buy a GPU. An 860k/880k are basically identical to a 7860k but without integrated graphics, and generally are almost half the price. So with all the money you save by not getting an APU, you can buy a much better GPU.

You can only crossfire with a 350/250x. But, don't get an APU if you're also getting a GPU.

so R7 350 or 250x are the only choices for Crossfire if ever ? are also are there any GPU that can crossfire with that specific APU ?

Those are the best GPUs that can crossfire with the best APU (78xx). But regardless, a single 260x will outperform even the best APU + 250x crossfire.

The bottom line is you really don't want to do an APU + GPU crossfire.

What are your current specs?

What's your location?

What's your total budget?

What games do you play?

I would do this instead:

  • X4 860k/880k (whichever is cheaper)
  • FM2+ motherboard
  • 8GB RAM (16gb if you have extra budget, although, I'd rather put that budget towards a better GPU unless you absolutely needed more than 8gb)
  • RX 460 / GTX 950 / GTX 1050
  • 1TB HDD
  • No Optical drive (unless you absolutely need it for something....)
  • A different PSU -- something from tier 1-4 (tier 5 if absolutely necessary) from: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/
  • N200

You should save enough money on the CPU to get a much better GPU.

I would personally go for the Pentium G4560 (Kaby Lake).  It's going to be a $70 cpu with hyperthreading.  It's still not quite out yet at retail but should be very soon.  It'll be cheaper and overall faster than the APU, and you can put the extra funds into an RX460 or GTX 1050.  The 860k suggestion I'm normally fine with but it's going to be an obsolete choice very soon.

If my memory serves correctly, Intel tends to be noticeably more expensive in the Philippines, and there's also the concern that any cheap motherboard (h110) will not have a compatible bios pre-flashed.

If that's the case then go with the better deal in your country.  I still agree with the general philosophy that a solo CPU GPU combo is better than APU crossfire.  The 860k is essentially the same cpu with no iGPU, and you can put the money into a better GPU like the RX 460.
