PC freezes

Hi, my pc has been freezing at least 1-2 times/day for a few weeks now. it freezes and i can only see the last thing  i was using and requeres a hard reboot.

 

Specs:

•   Intel I7-4790k.

• Asus Maximus VII Ranger.

• Gainward GTX 970 4GB.

• Corsair H110i GT.

• Corsair RM1000 .

• Kingston 240GB SSD.

• Western Digital caviar blue 1TB HDD.

• Hyper X Fury 16GB RAM.

2x monitors.

 

Anybody know what it could be?

Any notable triggers?

Any issues with intensive programs or games?

Any artifacting or performance irregularities?

Temps good?

Any odd quirks starting up or shutting down?

Any flashing, pausing, or stuttering?

Windows 10 ( did have the same problems on windows 8)

 

temps are good. no noticeble triggers, doesnt happen when i render videos, does happen usually when im playing a game ( Eve online and Archeage are the ones i do) no irregularities that i've seen. no flashing/pausing or stuttering. starts up and shuts down just fine.

Could be GPU or drivers for GPU. Had any updates?

updates? like driver updates yeah. always update when new drivers are available
