Yeah you can your games will always start on the monitor destined as number 1 so you can open any other programs on number 2 ofc you cant surf and game at the same time because your mouse can't go out of game. But you can monitor the rest during gaming and then just Alt-tab if you wanna do anything else

Yes you can, there's settings in the AMD Catalyst control center. From there you can go into the Display Management and set up how you want your monitor configurations.

Yeah you can & it's very easy to setup as well & a lot of fun actually.
