Hello, I recently installed another 16gb of ram (already had 16gb). After about 5-10 minutes of running a benchmark(heaven) or playing a game like gta 5 my computer freezes and my headphones ear rape me... help

The test is a 10-step process (or close to 10, I don't remember exactly) that repeat itself. So be sure to let it last until it completes all the steps and is back to step 1 (it takes roughly 20min for me with 16GB)

Be also sure to use the LiveCD version because the Windows-software one only tests the unused memory on Windows

 

If you did all that, faulty memory is not the problem
