i tried to move my downloads folder to another drive and then i decided to move it back. after moving it back my owner folder dissapeared and everything that was in my owners folder is now in the downloads folder and the appdata folder is also in there. how do i move it back? and also the locations tab for the downloads folder also dissapeared.

What is "owner" folder?

 

Anyway, to get the location tab, in explorer go to This PC, then right-click Downloads > Properties. It should show up.

thats the problem my location tab is not there!
