Welding supply shop.  Any decent size city should have at least one.  There's also loads of online places, Amazon, Home Depot (maybe), etc.

i know at least in my area NAPA auto parts also carries welding supplies, maybe even try a auto body shop or a metal fab shop. im going to guess you wont need very much they may just give it to you
