how to stream live gameplay on youtube

in my pc i have core i5 6600 non K, MSI R9 390,running window 7 home,

i see same youtuber doing live gameplay and i dont know what thay using to do live stream.i try same youtube tutorial and softwere they use but i still doing it wrong.i start streaming but the screen is black only the audio is on.

do i need a capture card or capture device to do live stream?
