As long as the game isn't an online only game (like an MMO or something), then all games store their data in one of the following locations in Windows:

  • %APPDATA% (type that in the location bar)
  • C:\Users\[Username]\Documents
  • C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\My games
  • C:\Users\[Username]\Saved Games
  • Where the game itself is installed (this is very common for games made before 2005)

It's rare, but I've seen game data in the following:

  • C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local
  • C:\Program Data

The "easiest" way though is to set up a floating user account on Windows. That way user account data "travels" to the computer that user is logged into. But this is an enterprise level thing and I have no idea how to do it.
