Soundcard Help

So I'm going to be getting a PS4 and will be using my monitor to play my PS4 on. My monitor doesn't have speakers and since there are no analog outputs on the PS4, I'm going to be needing a soundcard that accepts a SPDIF input and outputs it to a 3.5mm headphone jack. (Sorry if that didn't make much since. I'm fairly ignorant when it comes to audio solutions) Somebody has pointed me to the Soundblaster Z, but I was wondering if there was a soundcard that does the same thing at a cheaper price point. I am no audiophile by any means and don't need something that is top notch. Thanks in advance!

It's not a sound card, but an external setup.

sound blaster z oem. its the same card with out the led or "shield" to bad you are a bit late...a few days ago the sb z was the shell shocker deal for 65 bucks. When you say cheaper how much cheaper are we talking?
