Computer is acting weird HELP!

My setup is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cKGLf8 When I go to sleep I put my pc to sleep. When I wake up and move the mouse and it turns on like normal. Then the bios screen pops up and then it goes black and my monitor looses video but computer is still on. I move my mouse and it does nothing. The only way to turn it on fully is by restarting it. Any way to fix it? It's just annoying to turn it on all the time.

in you r pc part picker list it said Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs. have you done that bios update???
