Updates wont install

So the problem is pretty simple I can get my Windows 10 Pro to update past KB3200970 which is Windows 10 Pro build 14393.447.

I have tried everything to install the latest updates including downloading it directly from Microsoft's website and removing the update cache to no avail.

I do believe in a god: Libertina, the goddess of the sea, apple pie, certain types of ice cream and short bits of string.
