No internet connection on my new motherboard?

Hi, I just bought I new motherboard, an Asus IX Formula z270, and I have now set everything up but I get no internet connection. I have tried with the wireless unit that comes with the board and cable but nothing is working. It says in windows that no network devices are detected. What can I do?

Did you install the network drivers for the motherboard from the manufacturers website?

I cant, because I dont have internet lol

Do you have access to another computer with which you can download and put them on a USB stick?

Cell phone and USB cable? Could possibly work but not 100% sure.

Your motherboard should've came with cds, do you have any cd drives laying aorund?
