im trying to software raid and there is no mirror option there is only strpied and spanned options

What are you using to make the raid? Storage spaces?

 

Id reccomend against raid 1, just use a backup on the second drive?

im using two wd black drives and they have same amount of gbs

still clone this with a folder for differences. No reason to run raid.
