Pc keeps freezing

Hi. 

Recently i build new pc. No matter what i do pc randomly freezes (not blue screen). Bios updated. Drivers updated. Straight after turning pc on it froze. It even freezes in the bios.no hidden drivers. I tried different gpu, Psu, nothing seems to solve my problem.

Os. Windows 10 64bit 

Cpu. Amd fx9590 4.7ghz

MB. Msi 990fxa gaming

Gpu. Gigabyte windforce 1060 6gb.

Psu. Corsair 1000w modular.

Ram 16gb cosair 

Cpu cooling. Corsair hydro 60h

1000gb hhd drive and 500gb. 1 250 SSD

checked all cables?
have you reset CMOS?
returned to stock clocks to see if that sorts it?

Yep. Checked them all. Doesnt fix the freezes..
