Black screen windows loading after update

I pressed restart and update and now it's stuck with black screen loading. I can also see and move the cursor. What can I do?

Do you have more then one monitor connected or a TV that is currently off? If yes turn every monitor on.

Just one monitor connected. The problem isn't there. Take a look at the photos.
