ok so heres my issue, when i put my pc into sleep it will sometimes wake right back up. also sometimes when it wase back up the screen will just go black and im forced to force shut it down but then when i turn it back on i get overclocking failed but after that it boots right into windows. it did not used to do this at all, in fact it only started doing this after i got my new logitech G900 mouse

It's your mouse.

What you listed says it's being woken from a USB device.

Typing VID_046D&PID_C539 into google says G900 and Logitech.

 

Do you have the drivers installed for it?

It's not a race to the bottom.

Yes I do it seems I can get it to work but I have to quickly turn the mouse off after I hit sleep. Didn't do this before I got that mouse

I would say that the mouse is still sending signals after being told to sleep.
The drivers should prevent that.

You can go into bios and turn off "wake from USB."

However you'll then need to use the standard power button to turn on the PC. Shouldn't be a problem.
