lagging on csgo

if I'm lagging csgo on low settings with this specs https://imgur.com/a/KvaQm means that I'm going to lag other games like GTA 5, Shadow of Modor, Gmod and etc?

Either the RAM or just your internet ... The rest actually seems ok ish.

For CS GO it should not be a problem. I had a GTX 760, 8gb ram and i5 4460 and had bunch of other backgr task ran just fine

it's fairly new computer and I don't much installed on a clean windows 10. Maybe I need turn off some windows 10 features I don't need?

Make sure all of your drivers are up to date, as well as steam. Often times for me anytime my old Radeon GPU has new drivers out my performance drops significantly. check out http://support.amd.com/en-us/download to make sure that your drivers are up to date.

you're right I did need a driver update

You said it's new and installed a driver just check the dust levels every once in a while if you have pets or carpets then maybe a bit more often.
