Artifacts/ textures not loading fully?

I noticed this awhile back and thought it was just goofy drivers, but after updating drivers like 2-4 times it still does it, it does it on bf3 too, where if I scope far away like half of the textures are all "glitched out" and artifact-ish

I have surround enabled, newest nvidia drivers and the cards seem to not be boosting all the way, idk what it is, confusing me to death..

I also turned surround off and played at 1920x1080, same issue occured

Here's a video:

look at the grass/ some of the stuff further away from the character, it's all glitched out and has artifacts

From your signature it appears that you have two Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 graphics cards.

I'm going to assume that you have tried using them at stock clock speeds, so you should try using each graphics card individually.

yeah, I've used them both seperately, im unsure what else could be the issue, it only has these issues in bf3/ far cry 3, but for some reason my top gpu's temps are ridiculous, it's normally idling at like 35-40 c, and its idling at 52-57 now, no idea how.. I literally havent changed anything, I played a game earlier and the top gpu was hitting like 83 c, and it normally tops out at like 74-77

Are your case's intake fans all spinning? If they are then we need to look elsewhere for the problem.

I suggest that you install MSI Afterburner and run the graphics stress test called Kombustor overnight and see if there are any graphical artifacts and record your maximum temperatures for both graphics cards. Kombustor supports SLI so both cards should be under load.
