CPU fan problem & resolution when loading game.

Hi everyone, if any of you could help me out that would be great !

 

So my CPU fan is spinning at 1500 RPM for some reason. I tried lowering it in bios, but unfortunately i'm quite unsure how to. I adjusted the levels for it but nothing made much of a difference, and I'm pretty sure I'm doing it wrong, so I set it back to default.

 

I'm using a Corsair H110 AIO with my motherboard being MSI Z97 SLI Krait.

 

*Edit: I checked the temps on my system and it averages at 36 - 44 C. I'm pretty sure the system isn't overheating and it does this the moment you start the computer.

 

On another question, for some reason whenever I load a game it changes the resolution to 256 bit colour. I went onto screen resolution -> advanced setting and brought it back to 32 bit true colour but it instantly reverts it back afterwards with just a button pressed. Tried fixing it but no idea what to do
