Mic Software Question

TauroGT

My microphone likes to pick up a lot of noise but can be fixed with software.

I'm using the USB Blue Yeti as I can't really afford the ones which wire up to an interface so I have gone to use software. I am using VSTHost and using plugins but when I get things kind of the way I want it to be, I'm then really quiet when streaming/recording. Anyone have anything that can help me? Maybe settings to share or a guide that you may know of?

Thank you.

Get rid of what ever is making the back round noise(for example when ever i record i turn off my ac and put up a blanket between my computer and mice) and make sure your yeti is in the proper direction mode (the dial on the back) and close to you

Yeah it's in the proper direction mode. I can't get rid of my computer fans, dog, mum and sister haha

To be honest I think my microphone is just overall low. It's all 100 in my windows settings.
