Distributedcom 10016 error keeps showing in the event manager

hope it's the right place to make the topic so here i go 

 

DistributedCOM 10016 error keeps showing in the event manager

 

microsoft live support remote control,access, tried to make it so my pc won't freeze,reboote when i play games,sometimes i play about 30 min and then my pc freezes, with the only option to reboote, sometimes my pc just rebootes for no reason, i of course told about my Distributed COM 10016 error

 

After today i restarted my pc and a few min after i looked in the event manager and i hade this error, don't know it happend before or after i rebooted

 

Do i need to be concerned about this DistributedCOM 10016 error?
