i have the same display and i am very happy with it. but make sure you have a powerfull GPU if you are planing to play games on this.

at that size and resolution you will see the pixels at even moderate distances. other than that its ok. this ill not be a problem if you have weak vision.

 

as for the ebay, this is the most trusted seller for this item and shipping is free as well i got mine in under 5 days.

that is not enough for 1440p my friend. you can use the high resolution display for day today use but not for gaming at the full resolution. but even 1080p looks good on such high resolution because of the high pixel density.

 

so now there are couple of things you need to consider.

 

1- can you tolerate seeing individual pixels on a 27inch 1080p display

2- do you have enough space to put 27inch 1080p display and stay further back so you dont see the pixels,

3- are you willing to play games at 1080p in windowed or stretched modes on a 1440p display.

 

my recommendation get the higher resolution display and play at 1080p.
