New budget/streaming pc

okay so i feel like I really need an upgrade from my 800mhz dd2 E8200 and gt640 so I'm planning on getting a new pc!:) my old pic got stolen so the rig listed above is just som pieces that I found laying in the closet, first off I will be going for a strong CPU and perhaps "future proof" this rig for at least a couple of years, I'm not an extreme hardcore gamer that is playing 2 games at once or so, I mainly play cargo/lol and will maby go play like GTAV occasionally, I'm thinking of the i5 6600k because I got a great deal, only 100bucks so that's nice I guess, for motherboard I will go for the asus z170-a combined with 8gb ddr4 ram(haven't decided witch), the GPU is the most tricky part for me, I'm thinking lite towards 960/970 but I don't know,

will use my be quiet 650watt psu, my 1tb red because I want the celestial build, tell me what u think I can change for more stability, I will start streaming some csgo, so I think the 6600k will keep up really good thank u guys and tumbs up to LTG from Sweden
