Fallout NV modding

I'm using nv mod organizer to mod my game and I've downloaded archiveinvalidation file generator and when l double click to install it tells me no game data on top level. Btw,  when l enter getNVMEversion in fnv it shows l have version 5. Does this mean l am running the 4gb script extender?
