I'm looking to upgrade my pc but im unsure on what to upgrade here's my specs to help.

 

CPU: AMD X4 860K @ 4Ghz

GPU: 750TI

HDD: WD Blue 1TB

PSU: Cooler Master 550w

RAM: 8GB @ 1600Mhz

just looking for some suggestions on what to upgrade with $500 but not sure so anything helps.

Well. There peripherals too. If you have crappy ones then getting upgrades in those will make using your pc feel so much better

i would rather upgare my parts as i am having some performance issues (GPU hitting volt limit)

i would wait for ryzen as your budget is kinda low - i mean you could go with an i3 6100 and a really cheap mobo and try to upgrade ur gpu - but the 750 ti can play most games today at 40 - 50 fps on medium settings - i would focus on the mobo and cpu and ram (since ryzen or skylake/kabylake is ddr4) and then upgrade the gpu

Well, like @Wolther said, you could get those 2 things right now, GPU and SSD won't be affected by Ryzen, only CPUs will. If you are having problems with your GPU right now, it might be worth it. Also, that SSD speed will surely make your PC faster
