Steam won't launch

Hello.

When I try to launch steam after it closes, I am unable to. When I try to close the steam client bootstrapper in task manager nothing happens.

What should I do?

Try reinstalling Steam?

kill the steam seerver, webhelp client, then bootstraper, should make steam run an error report then you can open it again. bit of a dodgey way though
