Hi everyone, im currently in the market for a sub $300 IEM. I will mostly be listening to pop, hip hop, and a little bit of EDM. I've been interested in the Sennheiser ie80 as they go on and off Amazon for around $180. The nuforce hem6, and primo8 seem to be pretty interesting as well as the UE triple Fi 10. I like lots of bass, and I prefer a wider soundstage. If anyone has any recommendations as well as insight on any of the earphones I have listed, please reply (especially on the ie80, I've heard they break really easily :/) thanks!

Can't give you advice on most of them, nor on the durability front since i've not had them long, but i do own a pair of ie80s. They're not really the best for all genres, in some i prefer my completely incomparable HD 558s, but for EDM they're bloody awesome. I have honestly started listening to more EDM now that I own these IEMs.

I would not say that they're a good value, but to be perfectly honest, no higher end audio equipment really is. If you can afford them (and they do have some sweet sales, one of which I used to get mine) I don't doubt that you'll like them.
