Installing on an SSD and a better CPU?

If your talking about having your programs installed with your windows copy I personally don't think there's a way to do this nor do I believe it would take less time or effort to have them preinstalled then installing them off CD's or the manufacturers website.

Alright cool I'm just loading up all the app onto a flash drive and I'll dig up my my trackball mouse and just walk away while everything installs.

Basic install is pretty quick.

The really long part of any new installation is getting all the updates once the basic install is done. A fast internet connection helps, but this is a long drawn out process. I suppose one could manually download all the Windows patches onto a usb drive. But the time to locate all the applicable updates and manually download them is going to exceed the time Windows Update takes.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
