First time building pc, turned it on and bios came up. I have 0 idea what to do now... I have windows on a usb but do I need to install these cds I got with my pc first? Got 2, Motherboard and graphics card. Also I don't have a cd drive so I'm not sure how I would get those on anyways..

Ok so heres what you do

first go to the boot order and set your usb as the first drive then re boot. Then install windows. Next you can install the drivers on the disk or you can go to the sites on another pc and find the newest drivers. Once all those are finished look in the bios for a button to update the bios (connect ethernet if you havent yet). Some mobos can have them updated that way. If not Then look on the mobos page on the manufactures site and download the updated bios to flash at your lesure.

Whoa hold on there cowboy, even manufacturer's suggest you only flash a new bios if there is something wrong with your current version. Telling someone who doesn't know how to install windows to flash their board is a good way for him to end up with a paperweight. Flashing is not to be taken so lightly.
