Fullscreen on second moniter issue.

Its another flash player. Disable that and give it a try. I think that was my fix a long time ago.

Despite the name — this plug-in sounds like something installed by a third-party program — this is bundled along with Chrome. It allows Chrome to play back DRM-protected HTML5 video and audio. For example, you need this to watch Netflix’s HTML5 videos in Chrome. If you disable it and try to watch Netflix, you’ll see an error message saying there’s a problem with the Widevine component.

You can always just re-enable it if it doesn't do the trick.

Well i watch alot of netflix while i browse other crap so that wouldnt work 2 well. And no disabling it does nothing.

Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)  But this has persisted across updates. And again. It happens in fire fox as well.

one last idea. You can try using this extension to force youtube to stream using flash.

I also did jump around in nvidia controll panel and did a bunch of crap that did no effect. Nvidia surround just put half the video on one moniter and half on the other which dosnt work

not to mention makes most gaming experiences unpleasant with only two monitors.
