occasionally, when google chrome loads a page, it doesn't actually load the page... there's no content at all, just a blank page. i have to refresh the page again. is anyone getting this?

i have reinstalled google chrome but the issue persists. also started in safe mode (without any extensions) and it persisted.

google chrome version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)

Hey! So have you cleared your Google data? Sometimes when you reinstall Google Chrome it will leave certain pieces of data behind. You can do this by clicking the 3 Dots in the top right corner--->Settings--->Show Advanced Settings--->Clear Browsing Data--->Select Everything and press delete. If that didn't work, Go all the way to the bottom of advanced settings and click "Reset Settings" Let me know if it worked!

you could try going into user/appdata/local/google and deleting the chrome folder if you really want to...

Uninstalling won't remove anything in that folder, from my experience anyway.

After you have fully uninstalled it.  uninstall -> delete folder -> restart -> install
