Yup but if you want to vlog with it you will probably need a phone stabilizer

GradeAUnderA started his youtube channel with a Galaxy S2 and upgraded to an S3 or 4, if I remember correctly, so ya. The tools have to be sufficient that you can do stuff but they don't have the be the best. I personally have a J7 and the camera is relatively similar to the S7. I can do 1080p if I want and it works just fine for me.
