Dead SSD?

I was just wondering if my ssd has died. Its not recognized in my main system and I switched cables, switched the sata port that it was originally plugged into. I put it into a different system and it also wasnt recognized there either.

No, doesnt show up in any of them

it should be under warranty i only bought it a year and a half ago
